Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Timepiece
Securely place the watch in its original packaging, including all manuals and warranty cards, to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
